I am an eclectic artist exploring painting, upcycling and jewellery making. I gather inspiration from my home in the rainforest of Tobago, my English country garden and my shop on Bristol’s Gloucester Road. Originally a textile artist, I love to play with rich vibrant colours and bold, natural forms and patterns as well as the sublties of watercolour and ink. Much of my jewellery is made of copper, a warmer looking metal than silver. I enjoy upcycling preloved objects such as vases with pretty decoupage papers which are then varnished for durability.

I opened my art gallery, Room 212 on Gloucester Road, 9 years ago in order to showcase work by Bristol artists and makers, many of whom take part in the West Bristol Arts Trail. I love to create inspiring thematic window displays and run life drawing and art classes in the studio with my fellow artists.
