Mark began Urban Sketching whilst studying Architectural Technology at the Cardiff Metropolitan School of Art & Design, craving for an artistic outlet and a break from the technical side of Architecture.

 

Mark is fascinated by the idea of recording his adventures through meaningful ways. Now, he travels with his sketchbook, pens and paints, illustrating the world one sketch at a time. All work is drawn and painted on location, creating imperfect lines and spontaneous colours to capture the moment.
