Inspired by nature to create individual animals, birds, fish and flowers. Each character item is individually hand sculptured and therefore unique in size, shape and decoration. Character and humour form the basis of each piece. The Raku firing produces either traditional black and white crackle effects or by using oxides, a metallic lustre. I also use a variety of colourful glazes and crystals which produce a range of exciting finishes.
