A new set of images, captured during the summer of 2020 at private gardens throughout the country at a time when social distancing was still the norm.

Combining landscapes and more intimate details of people’s gardens, some of which will be included in a handmade photobook entitiled ‘The Garden.’ On the day there will be prints, a slideshow and copies of the book. Gardens can reveal quite a lot about the person who

cultivates them.

Each photo is in a way a portrait of the gardener and tells us something about them even when he or she is absent.
