Joanna Wyld

Joanna Wyld is a Photographer and Printmaker. She picked up her first camera when she was 12 and has never put it down. She studied at UWE on the Drawing and Applied Art degree, where she focused on Screenprinting.

 

Her inspiration comes from a childhood spent in Singapore and Turkey, and her travels since. Her subjects are often wildlife, especially birds, and landscapes and portraits from around the world. Closer to home flowers and domestic objects find their way into her photographs and screen prints. Jo exhibited in the 2023 Royal West of England Open Photography Exhibition.
