In parallel with a thirty-year career in architecture, David has developed his artistic practise through close observation of natural and man-made environments to capture particular moods and atmospheres.

He applies his skills in a range of media to suit specific subjects, from commissions for architectural illustrations and house portraits to still life studies and large-scale landscapes, working en plein air and in the studio.
